A timely challenge, today, Julia. I have family members from 4 generations who have served our country. I went along the lines of homecoming in my design today.
This card features B Line Designs wonderful screen door which I stamped mutliple times to get it right. I added acetate on the bottom panels for dimension (wish I had mesh). The sentiment is a Rubber Soul image. Those beaded pumpkins are from Impression Obsessions (I think). And the perfect paper, Memory Box!!!
Thanks for having a look, this will be going postal to my Daddy...who served in the Korean War. I appreciate your taking the time to leave me a comment.

What a wonderful card and love the reason you made it. How can we ever thank the men and women who have served our country so bravely? Love the screen door and what it represents and your pumpkins are adorable.

Love, love the door stamp. So many possibilities to explore with that.
And the beads on the pumpkins look so cool, I was trying to work out what the texture had come from. They look frosted.

My dad was lucky enough to not have to go overseas as he was in college and ROTC at the end of WW2. I'm an Army brat! Love your card.
